AWS Server Design

AWS server design you can explain on one page

Account layout, access, compute, storage, backups, and a bill you can read.

We design the Amazon Web Services setup for a site or app that has outgrown a single shared hosting plan.

Who it is for

Use this when you are leaving a simple host, preparing a launch, or you have inherited an AWS account nobody can draw. The account should be yours. We design and can help configure it. We do not ask you to email a root password.

What is included

  • A written layout of what runs where
  • Live and staging separated when you need both
  • Access that is not one shared inbox password
  • A backup and restore approach
  • A first look at cost, including idle resources
  • Notes a maintainer can follow six months later
Scope note. Send the questions, not your passwords. Access should be granted inside the account, with only the permissions the work needs.

How delivery works

The order stays the same even when the details change with the project.

01

Inventory

We list the site, app, domain, email, and anything already running.

02

Draw

We propose a small layout and say what we are deliberately not adding yet.

03

Set up

We configure the agreed pieces in your account.

04

Hand over

You get a one-page map, backup notes, and the names of the people who have access.

What you walk away with

A map

Someone new can see where the live site, files, and backups sit.

Safer access

Day-to-day work does not depend on a root login sent in chat.

A restore story

Backups are designed with a way to get the service back.

A care handoff

Server maintenance can watch the design after it is live.
